For most of its history, DHA Karachi looked inland. The sea belt along DHA Phase 8 changed that — a run of high-rise towers built to face the Arabian Sea directly, the closest Karachi has come to genuine beachfront living. Today it is the city’s highest-profile, fastest-appreciating apartment corridor.

Two master-developments define it. EMAAR Oceanfront — from the developer behind Dubai’s waterfront — brings The Views, Park Grand, Panorama and Park Edge. HMR Waterfront brings AA Beachfront and The Tilt, the latter designed by Japanese practice Nikken Sekkei.
