EMAAR Oceanfront — you’ll also see it written Emaar Ocean Front — is Emaar Pakistan’s sea-facing apartment community on the DHA Phase 8 Karachi seafront. It is a gated, master-planned run of high-rise towers directly on the Arabian Sea, marketed as a cohesive community of around 75 acres, Dubai-Marina-inspired, with parks, a promenade and beachfront access.

One point worth clearing up: this is Karachi, not Dubai, and it is priced in Pakistani rupees. Emaar is the Dubai-headquartered developer, but Oceanfront is its Karachi community, built by Emaar Karachi Limited within the wider Emaar–Giga Crescent Bay master plan. That heritage matters, because Emaar’s earlier Crescent Bay towers here — Reef, Coral and Pearl — are already completed and occupied, so this is a developer with a delivered, lived-in track record on the coastline, not just renders.

EMAAR Oceanfront (also written “Emaar Ocean Front”) is Emaar Pakistan’s sea-facing apartment community on the DHA Phase 8 Karachi seafront — a gated, master-planned district of high-rise towers along the Arabian Sea. It originates within Emaar’s wider Crescent Bay master plan and is marketed as a cohesive seafront community of around 75 acres, Dubai-Marina-inspired, with parks, a promenade and beachfront access.

It is in Karachi, not Dubai. Although Emaar is the Dubai-headquartered developer, EMAAR Oceanfront sits on the DHA Phase 8 seafront in Karachi and is priced in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Buyers often conflate it with Emaar’s Gulf projects — this is the Pakistani community, built by Emaar Pakistan (Emaar Karachi Limited).

The current launches are The Views, Panorama, Park Edge and Park Grand. Alongside them, Emaar’s earlier Crescent Bay towers on this coastline — Reef, Coral and Pearl — are completed and occupied (circa 2020–2022), which is why Emaar can point to a delivered, lived-in track record here. Crescent Bay is the wider master-planned district on this coastline — a larger development (an Emaar–Giga Group joint venture) reported at roughly 108 acres and up to around 50 towers overall. EMAAR Oceanfront is the seafront community, marketed at around 75 acres, that Emaar promotes today, sitting within that broader Crescent Bay story. The completed Reef/Coral/Pearl towers came out of the earlier Crescent Bay phase; the current launches carry the Oceanfront branding.

Pricing is unit-, tower- and floor-dependent, and developer price lists are revised on a schedule — so a single headline number dates quickly.
