HMR Waterfront is HMR Group’s gated, sea-facing community on the DHA Phase 8 Karachi seafront — a cluster of high-rise towers directly on the Arabian Sea, marketed as roughly fourteen towers with retail and a business district wrapped around the water. HMR is the master developer; the individual towers are delivered by partner builders — AA Developers (AA Beachfront, also marketed as AA Waterfront), Saima Builders (Saima Marina Residence), Shayan Iconic Builders (The Tilt) and Metro (Beach Terraces). The marquee is The Tilt, designed by Japanese firm Nikken Sekkei.
