EMAAR Oceanfront (also written Emaar Ocean Front) is Emaar Pakistan’s sea-facing community in DHA Phase 8, and its launch towers — The Views, Panorama, Park Edge and Park Grand — sell off-plan on payment plans. It depends on the tower, the unit type, the floor and the aspect — a low-floor apartment and a high-floor sea-view unit in the same tower are very different files. On our current books the Emaar Oceanfront launch towers start from around Rs 9 crore and rise well beyond for larger, higher, sea-facing units (indicative). Because developer price lists are revised on a schedule, we send you this month’s live price sheet for the specific tower and unit you’re considering rather than a headline number that dates.

The launch towers sell off-plan on developer payment plans — typically a booking down payment of around 10–20%, the balance spread across the construction period as monthly or quarterly instalments, and a portion due at handover. Each tower’s exact schedule differs; the table above shows the published structure, and we confirm the full plan in writing before you commit.

Entry pricing varies by tower and by the unit type on offer, and it moves with the developer’s schedule — so rather than name a “cheapest” tower on a page that dates, tell us your budget and we’ll show you the towers and unit types that fit at that level, side by side, with this month’s prices.

Panorama is marketed by Emaar as Pakistan’s tallest waterfront tower, and it commands a premium for its height and sea views. As with any tower, the specific floor and aspect decide the final number, so treat height as one price driver among several.
